Webular's Banner Barter - Add New Account

The first step is to read and understand the terms and conditions of the service below:

All members of Webular's Banner Barter (henceforth known as WBB) must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone 
determined by WBB to have violated these terms and conditions will be subject to denial of service from WBB without any 
further obligation on behalf of WBB (such as redeeming any earned credits).  Members must agree to include the full unmodified 
HTML code provided by WBB for the display of the banner ads on their web site.  WBB reserves the right to verify that the
proper placement and the proper HTML code is being used through any means of obtaining the information.
The following sites will NOT be tolerated and are grounds for immediate termination of service:
Any site that has links to or includes pornographic material.
Any site that has links to or includes 'R' rated material (determined by WBB).
Any site that has links to or includes illegal activity (such as, but not limited to, 'hacking', 'pirating', etc.).
Any site that has links to or includes information on harrassing material (such as, but not limited to e-mail bombing, spamming, etc.)
Any site containg information or links to racism, hate, or anything of this nature.
Any site that WBB determines innappropriate for any reason.
WBB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate in WBB.

WBB retains all rights and ownership of the WBB name, logo, databases, web site, information, and any material related to WBB.
WBB reserves the rights to restrict any usage of the system, logo, name, database, lists, reports, and any other information
created or obtained by WBB. Each individual web site, however, has the right to use information obtained by WBB on the site
or in promotion of their site.

WBB members aknowledge that WBB is a free service that is sponsor driven.  At any given time, WBB may display a banner from
another site, an advertisement from a sponsor, or from WBB itself.

Members agree not to use any information from WBB to use it in competition with WBB. Members also agree that information
may be utilized by WBB.  Examples of usage (but not limited to) would be rankings of the highest 'hitting' sites, lists of
all members, banners that do extremely well, etc.  Members agree to allow WBB to use any of their HTML code (or screen shots
of their web site) in promotional tools (such as, but not limited to, showing an example of a web site displaying the HTML
code that WBB offers).

All HTML code provided by WBB must be placed in a way that a majority of visitors to their web site will view the banners.
WBB reserves the right to terminated any account that display an inordinate number of banners or links to competing banner
exchange services, sites that contain little or no original content, sites that mirror other sites (whether legal or not),
sites that offer automatic refresh (such as, but not limited to, chat rooms). If you feel that you should be an exception
to any of the rules set forth, please, by all means, e-mail and explain to us why you feel it's unfair.  A member that is
caught inflating any of their statistics (such as, but not limited to, traffic, hits, ratio, etc.) is subject to immediate
termination. A member may not insert more than 4 instances of WBB code on a single page, and a maximum of 8 banners per
page that WBB code is present on (any combination with a maximum of 4 WBB banners).  Any page that requires no interaction
of clicking on a banner or link by the visitor is not allowed (such as, but not limited to, client pull, server push, java
scripting that automatically takes a visitor to a page or refreshes), or a page that is not accessible to the general public
 (such as, but not limited to, hidden frames, pop-up windows, reducing size of banner, changing banner code, etc.).

All members that are found in violation of ANY term or condition set forth here may be terminated at any time by WBB.

Members agree to use the WBB service at their own risk.  WBB, it's administrators, sponsors, and anyone affiliated with WBB
will not and cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss due to use of the WBB service.  We will, however make every
effor to provide the highest possible service available and will make every reasonable effort to do so, although WBB does
not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, dependibility, or timeliness of any services rendered by WBB.

All members agree to indemnify and hold WBB harmless from and against any claims, liability, costs, expenses, and claims
that result from misuse, misconduct, or violation of the terms of service set forth, including, but not limited to, any
infringement on third party rights, copyright violation, invasion of privacy, etc.  This obligation will survive any
termination of this or any agreement.

Also note that WBB reserves the right to add to, subtract from, or revise the agreement set forth at any time, without
any prior notice.

Next step, just fill in an account name and password you wish to use. The account name you pick must be unique, and will be the name that you use to log in for your stats. Please only use alpha characters and numbers in your account name, do NOT use spaces or special characters (such as !,*- etc.), thank you.
