Banners must not exceed 25k in size. They may be animated if you so desire, but
must remain smaller than 25k in size. Banners and payment must be submitted and
recieved 10 days prior to running them. You may either mail (on disk) the banner
or e-mail the banner to us (or even supply a location where the banner exist).
Please include a small description as to what the site is (for alternate text).
