Webular's Banner Barter is a FREE service that is available to any and all web sites! This is basically
a banner exchange program in which you display other peoples banners, while they display your banners.
You gain credits while displaying other banners (at a ratio of 3:2) and then use those credits
to display your own banner. Therefore, if you display 3 banners on your page(s) your banner will then
display twice on other pages. Currently we are offering 500 FREE credits (that's 500 FREE banner
displays) to all new members! This will essentially mean that you will gain alot more traffic than you
previously had!

| How does this system work? |

When you become a member of W.B.B. you must provide us a banner that follows certain guidelines. The
guidelines are fairly simple to follow. You provide us a banner that is 468x60 (internet standard)
that is no larger than 10k. It may be in GIF format or JPG format, and can even be animated, provided
it is no larger than 10k. Please note, if you do not already have a banner, or would like to create
one, and your not sure how, or would rather someone else create it, please Click Here
The other information you will need to provide us will be your URL (the location of your main page you wish visitors to start with). You will also need to provide us with your e-mail (so that we may contact you in case your banner is not correct, something happens to the service, etc.), and please note, we here at W.B.B. HATE spam, so we will NOT use your e-mail address to collect information, bulk mail you, nor sell/trade your name with another company. Once you have completed filling out your information, you will be given code that you MUST insert into your page. Note that if you do not insert the HTML code provided (or modify it without prior consent) you will NOT recieve the free credit. Please, do not place our banners on pages that are filled with nothing more than banners (how would you like your banner buried?). |

Your click ratio should range somewhere from 0.4% thru 2.0%. If your banner is not achieving these
ratios (and please give your banner at least 500 displays before determining) then you may want to

| How do I become a member? |

First thing you should do is bookmark this site. That way if you have any problems, need more information
and of course, after joining, you'll want to check your stats, you can always come back here!
Joining is quite simple. You just Click Here and read thru the rules, regulations, and disclaimers. After you have read all this information (sorry to have to put you thru that...but unfortunately it's a necessity) you will see the section that is looking for an account name and password. Just enter a unique account name (your name for instance or your web sites name) and a password. Guard this password with your life! Then just click on the 'Create New Account' Button, and your off!
